  • Free spare parts
    • The service procedure is based on terminal swapping a working terminal with the faulty terminal at merchant’s outlet. There will be notification process of changing of serial number in Terminal Management System, banks and leasing company. The faulty terminal will be send back to PMA for parts replacement repair at PMA’s cost. However the free spare parts doesn’t cover the replacement of battery pack.
